FAQ about One Damansara
  1. The floor layout plans for both types (inter & corner).

            2.     Lease / Freehold (commercial / residential title)

        Leasehold land with mixed development but according to the title, it is commercial.

3.    Total number of units

       We will have Tower A and Tower B with total number of units 899 on 7.89 acres. 

4.   Monthly maintenance charge & sinking fund

Maintenance charge is RM0.18 per/sf and sinking fund is 1% from maintenance charge, however, sinking fund will be paid by the developer. 

5.   How many car parks

For Intermediate unit, Level 2 until level 14 is 1 unit, Level 15 until level 20 is 2 units. (As the price is getting higher for higher level). For corner unit, 2 car parks. Additional 1 unit carpark is costs RM20k.

6.  Price 

Intermediate unit 986 sqf from 298000  7% bumi discount available and for Corner Unit 1396 sqf from 476,600 before 5% early bird discount and 7% bumi discount (1unit left)


Now we just launched tower B- from RM320k (hurry as the price is going up)

You will have to pay RM5,000 for booking fees and offer you free legal fee for S&P and  S&P free.
